  1. Appoint all Managers and Coaches with approval of the Board of Directors.
  2. Conduct the affairs of the Local League and execute the policies established by the Board of Directors.
  3. Present a report of the condition of the Local League at the Annual Meeting.
  4. Communicate to the Board of Directors such matters as deemed appropriate, and make such suggestions as may tend to promote the welfare of the Local League.
  5. Be responsible for the conduct of the Local League in strict conformity to the policies, principles, Rules and Regulations of Little League Baseball, Incorporated, as agreed to under the conditions of charter issued to the Local League by that organization.
  6. Designate in writing other officers, if necessary, to have power to make and execute for/and in the name of the Local League such contracts and leases they may receive and which have had prior approval of the Board.
  7. Investigate complaints, irregularities and conditions detrimental to the Local League and report thereon to the Board or Executive Committee as circumstances warrant.
  8. Prepare and submit an annual budget to the Board of Directors and be responsible for the proper execution thereof.
  9. With the assistance of the Player Agent, examine the application and support proof-of age documents of every player candidate and certify to residence and age eligibility before the player may be accepted for tryouts and selection.
VP Baseball, League Information Officer Ken Labrie [email protected]
  1. Perform the duties of the President in the absence or disability of the President, provided he or she is authorized by the President or Board so to act. When so acting, the Vice President shall have all the powers of that office.
  2. Perform such duties as from time to time may be assigned by the Board of Directors or by the President.
  3. If Vice President of Softball in attendance, the Vice President of Baseball will take precedence.
  4. Be responsible for all activities relating information delivery to our general population. This includes, but is not limited to, our website.
  5. Responsible for general email communication
  6. Responsible to update the web regarding schedule changes
  7. Responsible to update the web regarding important activities and events important to our general population.

  1. Perform the duties of the President in the absence or disability of the President and Vice President of Baseball, provided he or she is authorized by the President or Board so to act. When so acting, the Vice President shall have all the powers of that office.

Secretary Brian Prosnitz [email protected]
  1. Be responsible for recording the activities of the Local League and maintain appropriate files, mailing lists and necessary records.
  2. Perform such duties as are herein specifically set forth, in addition to such other duties as are customarily incident to the office of Secretary or as may be assigned by the Board of Directors.
  3. Maintain a list of all Regular, Sustaining and Honorary Members,Directors and committee members and give notice of all meetings of the Local League, the Board of Directors and Committees.
  4. Issue membership cards to Regular Members, if approved by the Board of Directors.
  5. Keep the minutes of the meetings of the Members, the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee, and cause them to be recorded in a book kept for that purpose.
  6. Conduct all correspondence not otherwise specifically delegated in connection with said meeting and shall be responsible for carrying out all orders, votes and resolutions not otherwise committed.
  7. Notify Members, Directors, Officers and committee members of their election or appointment.

  1. Perform such duties as are herein set forth and such other duties as are customarily incident to the Office of Treasurer or may be assigned by the Board of Directors.
  2. Receive all monies and securities, and deposit same in a depository approved by the Board of Directors.
  3. Keep records for the receipt and disbursement of all monies and securities of the Local League, including the Auxiliary, approve all payments from allotted funds and draw checks therefore in agreement with policies established in advance of such actions by the Board of Directors. All disbursements by check must have dual signatures.
  4. Prepare an annual budget, under the direction of the President, for submission to the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting.
  5. Prepare an annual financial report, under the direction of the President, for submission to the Membership and Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting, and to Little League Headquarters.
Player Agent: Baseball Brian McDonnell [email protected]
  1. Record all player transactions and maintain an accurate and up-to-date record thereof.
  2. Receive and review applications for player candidates and assist the President in verifying residence and age eligibility.
  3. Conduct the tryouts, the player draft and all other player transaction or selection meetings.
  4. Prepare the Player Agent’s list.
  5. Prepare for the President’s signature and submission to Little League Headquarters, team rosters, including players claimed, and the tournament team eligibility affidavit.
  6. Notify Little League Headquarters of any subsequent player replacements or trades.
Player Agent: Softball Katie Newell Chabot [email protected]

  1. Be responsible to create awareness, through education and information, of the opportunities to provide a safer environment for youngsters and all participants of Little League Baseball.
  2. Develop and implement a plan for increasing safety of activities, equipment and facilities through education, compliance and reporting.

NOTE: In order to implement a safety plan using education, compliance and reporting, the following suggestions may be utilized by the Safety Officer:

  1. Education - Should facilitate meetings and distribute information among participants including players, managers, coaches, umpires, league officials, parents, guardians and other volunteers.
  2. Compliance - Should promote safety compliance leadership by increasing awareness of the safety opportunities that arise from these responsibilities.
  3. Reporting - Define a process to assure that incidents are recorded, information is sent to league/district and national offices, and follow-up information on medical and other data is forwarded as available.
Equipment Manager Peter Kurczy [email protected]
  1. Be responsible for all the league’s equipment, including uniforms. This includes both for baseball and softball.
  2. Develop and maintain a plan for keeping to the yearly equipment budget
  3. Coordinate all equipment pickup times and report to President regarding adherence to equipment rules and procedures that are communicated to the coaches.
Fields and Practice Coordinaor Marik Fiero [email protected]
  1. Be responsible for all scheduling of the league fields
  2. Responsible for the process to request fields and all processes relating to re-scheduling fields
  3. Responsible for the integration of league scheduling with other activities within town including town activities, school activities, and external leagues requiring field access.
Fields and Grounds Coordinator Dan Mercer [email protected]
  1. Be responsible for all field conditions as well as material required on all fields that is necessary to clean and prepare the fields
  2. Responsible for asset management regarding field tools and material
  3. Responsible for reporting back to President regarding budget and actual relating to field material
  4. Responsible for the coordination of yearly Early Season Field Cleanup Day.
Fundraising/Sponsor Director Stephanie Lavallee [email protected]
  1. Be responsible for fundraising process and coordination
  2. Responsible for reporting all fundraising activities to the President
  3. Responsible for coordination of local fundraising activities to local and state governments, as well as National Little League
  4. Be responsible for sponsor process and coordination
  5. Responsible for reporting all sponsor activities to the President
  6. Responsible for coordination of sponsor activities.
Coaching Development Director Marc Santos [email protected]
  1. Be responsible for yearly Coaching Development
  2. Includes, but not limited to, yearly certification and training for coaches
  3. Coordinates with League Coordinators to assist in coaching development
  4. Responsible to report to president progress and actual spend on a year to year basis
  5. Coordinate yearly coaching clinic to certify coaches and managers for the current year
Player Development Director Steve Holmes [email protected]
  1. Be responsible for yearly Player Development
  2. Coordinates and plans yearly clinics for players
  3. Coordinates with League Coordinators to assist in player development
  4. Responsible to report to president progress and actual spend on a year to year basis
Majors Coordinator Kevin Greene [email protected]
  1. Be the single point of contact for their respective leagues for coaches and executive committee
  2. Assist to coordinate the scheduling and coaching training
  3. Report to the information officer any schedule changes.
  4. Be the single point of contact in each league to help resolve any issues relating to league play.
  5. Single point of escalation to President regarding any issue or concerns for their league
  6. League coordinators shall/or can be required for each division of baseball and softball. Number of league coordinators will be decided by the President
Minors Coordinator Eddie Lee [email protected]
  1. Be the single point of contact for their respective leagues for coaches and executive committee

  1. Organize and direct special events through out the Baseball season including Try-outs, Opening Day, Hien Tournament, Field Day Picnic in the Park.
Umpire Coordinator Dan Laneres [email protected]
  1. Recruit, train and assign the umpires for the minors division.
  2. Coordinate the Majors assignments.
