2026 Skill Assessment Information

Please read the below mandatory skill assessment schedule as it has been updated since our original notification.

Returning MAJOR division players do NOT need to attend!

League age is based on a player’s age on 8/31/26

There are no assessments for 4, 5, and 6 year olds. 7 year olds only need to attend if they would prefer to play in a player pitch (not coach pitch) division (typically with 8-10 years old). Please see details below.

March 7th Baseball Skill Assessment Schedule

All sessions will be held at Ken Ryan Baseball Academy, 100 Higginson Avenue, Lincoln

Players ages 8-9 year olds (plus 7 years olds looking play up a division) :
Last Name A-L: 4:15pm
Last Name M-Z: 5:15pm

Players ages 10-12 year olds:
Last Name A-L: 6:15pm (Parents are required to wait outside during the assessment)
Last Name M-Z: 7:15pm (Parents are required to wait outside during the assessment)

*All 7 year old players interested in playing kid pitch (not coach pitch) will be combined with the 8-9 year old group. Email [email protected] prior to assessment.

Parents are only allowed inside the facility for players ages 7-9 and must stay in the designated parent area. For players ages 10-12, parents must wait for players outside of the facility.
